Non-customized products: Eligible for return within 30 days of shipment
Customized products: Non-returnable unless there is a quality issue, in which case customers must notify Game One within 30 days

Dispute Resolution; Arbitration Agreement

Binding Arbitration

Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or services shall be resolved by binding arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association (AAA) in accordance with its Consumer Arbitration Rules.

Arbitration Procedures and Location

The arbitration will be conducted by a single arbitrator and shall take place virtually or in Swanton, Ohio, unless otherwise agreed. Each party shall bear its own costs unless otherwise determined by the arbitrator.
